I suggest using the slider underneath the chart to set duration to about 1 year. Only technology declined.

I agree. Today, I'm doing nothing. My shorts aren't at the bottom of their channels, so I'm still holding them. As far as picking up long positions in techs, I don't think today is the bottom. People are selling, and buyers are not stepping in, resulting in a down day on mediocre volume. The scared sideline money is still scared, with good reason.

But, with the Nasdaq down 60%, how much more downside can there be? With CSCO down from 82 to 19, how much more downside can there be?
