Kenneth - true both have a huge installed base of products.

Unfortunately this is somewhat mitigated by their huge installed base of shares.

John.

market seems oblivious to the fact that both of these companies have a huge base of installed products of routers

I would say the market seems rather unoblivious to the valuation of these companies relative to prospective earnings.

Ken

It's becoming obvious that we will set new lows like in 1974. Found some great bargains then and the parallel is uncanny!

My best guess is that Cisco should bottom around 12 to 14 range unless we have much bigger cuts in employment. I bought a lot in 93-94 when the PE hit it's low but that was by sheer luck.

Some of technology is setting itself up for the cheapest prices you will see for probably the next 30 years.

Still keeping powder dry but I'm really interested in what the fed will do. We just haven't had the meltdown that would cause him to move yet.

There is so much tech that I would like to buy here but I'm not greedy!

Pretty impressive....

regards,

Eric
