Greenspan must resign and Taxes must be cut, federal reserve rates decreased, and oil prices must drop, and then Wall Street Gurus must declare the Recession and Bear Correction are over with, then and only then will the American Psyche be satisfied that the Evil Invisible Force that destroyed their stock portfolio has been defeated with a visible scapegoat, while the Rich and Wealthy lead us to the land of Plenty and Prosperity, for a RALLY TO BE SUSTAINED.
