Peter,

Your my #1 eDirectory advisor - could a company that has a strong commitment to using MSFT NT/IIS with SiteServer & SQL Server (its Membership authentication service), easily replace the Site Server/SQL server combo with a Novell NDS / LDAP service on the NT/IIS server?

At 50,000 feet I think it should be relatively easy to accomplish, but I am not sure if it is feasibly when one looks at the details. If you know of any white papers or actual success stories around this exact scenario - then all the better.

If it is possible, a client I have could save a bundle in SiteServer/SQL Server licensing costs by replacing this authentication function with an NDS or eDirectory solution. This particular customer is possibly looking at $500K to $1M in licensing of Site Server/SQL Server CALs!

You can PM me on this one big guy.

Thanks!
