I don't see why we need to examine closely these claims of genetic determinism. Life is a test of survival. Some pass the test and some don't. That's life. Those with same sex predisposition mostly become extinct. Those who are lousy bank robbers greatly reduce their likelyhood of passing on the bank robber genes.

ie. Female who yuppy mostly lose. Men who yuppy lose less so.
Gays basically don't even start the race. That's just the way it is. You by your statement wish to imprint a fairness issue. Life ain't fair. That's life.

Your words are about discussing the color of paints to apply and my words are about looking at what you want to paint and maybe leaving it natural is what God intended all along.

There are some biological indications that changes in certain parts of the brain are characteristic in homosexuals. Behavior studies of families with strong homosexual tendencies are being statistically evaluated.

A friend of mine had a homosexual son and she knew he was gay when he was 2 years old. His tendencies showed already.

Another family I know had a gay son. He had an Uncle that was gay and three cousins that were gay. None of the family grew up around each other and only found out about the sexual preference of the others until they were adults. In the case of two of the men they both had married women, had a child and attempted to live the life of a heterosexual but finally "came clean" and outed themselves. There are many amazing stories of people who tried to live within societies " norms" but failed at denying their true sexual preferences. The people I knew struggled with their situation for many years. They tried to hide their preference cause they knew they would be ridiculed, laughed at and persecuted along with having some basic rights denied. Being gay isn't exactly a whooping good time!
