KIS- Seriously.....Turn off your computer....go travel....learn a language.....visit friends....

There are a lot things more important than money. And this.

There will always be chances to make money. Stick it away safe, and ENJOY....all this will be here when you return....the same arguments, the same silly jokes, etc.

Come to think of it, you may want to wait a few days....it's starting to get interesting-g

You keep doing it because most traders don't stop until they lose all their money. The thing about money is that no matter how much you make it's never enough. Winning is what suckers you in to staying in too long. Eventually the negative expected returns associated with any kind of gambling will take over and you start to lose. Most people take on more and more risk in efforts to gain back what wasn't really theirs to begin with and they don't stop until they lose it all. Don't take my word for it go talk to some former millionaires over on the porch, or go down to skid row and talk to some former options traders.

IF it goes to zero, which may be probable, but is by no means assured. if you have made enough to retire for life as you say, then put 90% of it into t-bills and play around with the rest...why tempt fate?

Be grateful that you took advantage of a twice-in-a-century event and never invest again, short or long. I've been where you are 2-3 times in your life, and made the mistake of not going away.

Look, why settle for "6 pak rich" [door number one] when there is "lear jet rich" behind either door number 2 or 3??

GO FOR IT! Don't be a wimp. <ggg>

DAK

PS, I won't tell you what's behind the third door, but I think it includes a cutout of Alan Greenspan.
