Chip,

I hope you didn't think this all started just in the last few weeks...

$hit, I've had my retirement money going into MM since 7/98, that's not a typo there either...

You can thank the WS investment banks for this IMO, bringing IPO's to market when they couldn't have gotten a second look 5-10 years ago...

Plus all those foolish investors wanting stock splits every 3-6 months. The mounds of paper floating around is huge. How can one expect CSCO to grow earnings when they have 5B share OS, buying companies with $25M annual sales for a few $B in stock.

I like to your panic, hopefully a ST bottom will be setting in. IBM seems to be faring well, I expected it to take a larger hit...

Jeff

PS, I tend to think along the same lines as you - this will last for years.

I am not however going to prevent myself from taking advantage of it while the volatility and directionality is still here...

At any rate, the bubble at the top has more to do with the bubble at the bottom I think. We wouldn't be here if not for the former.

HI CHIP,

Sort of like the Joker in the Batman " Wait Till they Get a Look at Me TOMORROW.

Now we need a nice wholesome pre- announcement - Like Big Blue or some other BUllet proof Leader. That will ice off the a.m. open.

THEN I can do some Buying for my retirement account.

I've been patiently waiting for a VIX Spike and I think I smell one Comin.

Well I've got to find a TV - really need a preannouncement or somethin terrible.

Sox put on the slippery slide during the last hour maybe that's where it comes from in Post Trading Hours.

Keep the faith we're closer to a turnaround than we've been in months.

Sort of like Pukin I can feel it salivating under my tongue.

Bob
