He has been pumping liquidity without an excuse, he can do the formal thing (reduce rates) without one either. I did not think he would before March 20th, but because the markets are becoming nervous, I have now changed my stance and think he may not wait that extra 8 days, he does not mind the markets going down, in a "well behaved" fashion, but he abhors a situation when everyone is trying to get out at the same time.
