Yes, it has also taken me along time to switch mind sets.
Feels very good when it comes together.

My house is paid for and I have no debt.

I don't know how it is in Canada, but in the USA and North East, houses are the single greatest asset of the Boomer Generation. Many have aggressively traded up during this Bubble Brained Mental State. And if suddenly they no longer feel rich and cannot support their housing dreams, these big houses will hit the markets well below cost.

But if they own a nice 70 year old modest dwelling in a good neighborhood of other modest homes, they might very well keep their value as the Bubble Brains start looking for housing they can afford.

I hope you don't have a declining asset in your situation and that your trading profits make up for any short falls. <smile>

I also Hope we don't see the down targets these charts are projecting.
