Because they can't be exercised yet? They appear to be "European-style" options that cannot be exercised before a certain date, (unlike "American-style" options, which can be exercised at any time before expiry). The discount would represent the risk that the option would go out of the money before you could exercise it.

Jerome, I can't even get a quote for YDXXJ. Tried Schwab and quote.com . Probably did something wrong. Yes, they are European style.
