Because school is something that involves a much broader spectrum of the population, both in numbers and diversity, and so someone from that spectrum has stood up to object and the courts have ruled it right. No one has chosen to or dared to object to those other examples and so no court has ruled. It probably would come out the same way if they did, though.

i respectfully disagree.
it is not the larger segment of American society at all. nor is it a broad population group in school...it is a much much smaller group that has influenced and now controls our childrens' education and rights.

what "much broader spectrum of the population, both in numbers and diversity" are you talking about?
