Mr. Bald Man, Mother has informed me that Alan Greenspan has been driven mad by a brain wave modulator implanted in his briefcase. The difficulty is that the Ministry has been precluded from disabling the modulator due to "short" waves being transmitted by one diabolical Mr. Ursa.
