A good article in the recent Active Trader mag about keeping a diary. I didn't care for the format they suggested, but the concept was right on. I tend to enter what I was thinking that prompted me to take whatever action I took... going both ways. Then I enter some "free lance" thoughts about what was happening outside the trade itself that may have been influencing the trade. What ever seems to be a part of the play, I try to get into the Tradiary.
