Sam,
If i get the circumstances i am looking for--big selloff early--I may buy. I decided to go QQQ. Cant make up my mind on who is right about chips--are they the last to fall or the first to rise. I will play the averages. Of course if i am pre-occupied with my own work, i may miss it. Dont think i will be entering limit orders or any such thing.
As far as AG goes, forget the US markets, we have a psychological event every bit as dangerous as the 1998 crisis. Japanese market went below 12K today. This was my greatest fear all along that this would spiral out of control. For a year I have often alluded to the fact that the fight against phantom inflation might burst the bubble in a bad way Balloons leak air and eventually are empty. But to pop em creates an explosion you might not want.. Mike
