"Trader Mary, why don't you tell us about your week so far. How are you managing?" "Well, I deleted all files in the quote.com/qchart/temp folder, and deleted the Continuum.ini file, and after that I downloaded the new Continuum.ini file, and then I restarted QCharts, but ....." "This may be because you have an older version of QCharts. You'll be OK. Could we please hear from someone else?" "I still have no Level II, and I blame myself. You see, what happened was that I was trying to sign on this morning and I couldn't connect with snyvale, so I tried boston, and then when the market was falling 450 points and I still couldn't get on, I must have thrown my computer across the room. I don't completely remember. But now all my defaults are gone. You see, I forgot to save them before banging my keyboard over and over with my head." "Would someone please give Trader Matt a hug. Could someone please do that now, to show that we do care?" "Now, has anyone considered switching to another service?" "I really couldn't do that. I really don't think I could do that. I mean I know I can't always connect and all, and yeah, there are sometimes problems with data -- that's true -- but I really do love the charts. I'm just so used to them. I love drawing lines on the charts, and it's such a nice program, and I might not have downloaded the right Continuum.ini file. I really do think I might be doing something wrong. If there's a problem, I'm sure it's at my end." "Did you try running Ping Plotter?" "Yes, and I really enjoyed doing that this morning. I really did. I felt much better after running Ping Plotter. And I defragged my hard drive, too. Now my drive is 99 percent defragged. I hope that helps tomorrow."
