"I think we have a good chance of turning around by tomorrow noon, maybe earlier. "

Hi Zeev, that's interesting you said that. If 10am eastern is a high tomorrow, my work with patterns says a bottom/reversal could come at around 1140. Thanks for you thoughts.

edit: by noon the market will decide to reverse from the current trend or continue in the current trend.

Zeev,

Thanks for the update. I'm going to put in some buy orders tonight for a few stocks at bargain basement prices, hope they get filled, and then hope we put in a bottom in a day or two!

I too, think that we're near a bottom, at least in the NASDAQ. Actually, the fact that the DOW is finally losing some ground makes me somewhat optimistic that the NAS is almost ready to reassume a leadership role. I can visualize the DOW coming down a lot, with a small drag effect on the NAS for a while. But then I expect the NAS tobreak free and become the indicator that ultimately signals a turnaround in this market......whenever that happens.

Regards,

Knip

Zeev - Well I hope you are right. How many Tuesday have looked good but no continuation to Wednesday. A lot of people got caught last Tuesday.

What about Thursday night after the bell this week. What is ORCL going to say? Will it be a happy story with good 'visibility' or indeed any 'visibility'. And when are going to hear from CSCO and is that going to be good news? And what about the rest of March how does anyone know how their business will be during the rest of March?

You clearly have a very good feel for the market so the question is really did even you expect that business for all the tech leaders was going to be this disastrous. Further do you still expect there is going to be any recovery in the 2nd half?

Best regards,

L
