You are kidding aren't you? It's bankrupt and if they come out of bankruptcy the lenders in possession are the only ones that will see anything, equity will be wiped out. The only hope is that they win the billion dollar suit against Verizon. You have to ask yourself who has more lawyers, a cash bleeding DSL provider or a cash rich baby bell?
