dear markey, normal opportunity presumptions are given, and knowledge of medical condition or intent is not considered. But I have no objection to two gay men marrying a pair of lesbian women and then they can both be couples any way they want. Homosexuals by and of themselves cannot satisfy the implied contract. It's amazing how the simple minded make simple things complex.
