Hey Richie,the tanking began a year ago,it will be much worse before it is better,there is very little money around,and most of that is owed to the local,state and federl govs. ,the rest is owed to visa,What single action did Bush take or could he innitiate to end this freefall?No dem jargon, just a simple, precise answer please.
