Richie ,once again you proved your superior stupidity,The actions of any President are never felt untill the plans they put forth are enacted and as we know dropping interest rates will only show fruition once the public feels they are at or near the bottom,Then we wait sometimes as long as 2 years,clinton took trillions out of the economy with his promised middle class tax cut that proved to be an increase,well sooner or later the piper has to be paid and the bill has arrived, personal debt has grown,and just because the gov had a surplus it does not mean joe spender does and now we pay,Clinton and the congress pissed away 560 million of the surplus in new spending just last year,
