Is it possible the fed only lower 1/4 rate on 3/20? here we have 3 markets: Nasdaq is in hard lading -- recession now. DOW is in soft landing -- so far. real estate is still in bull market? tough for uncle Al eh?

SO- Any thoughts about heavy stock sales in April, due to folks paying their taxes? (A lot of, unanticipated, liquidation of long-term capital gains end of last year)... Also, if we get a rally between now and Fed meeting...that really doesn't resolve the violence in the charts, correct? In other words....the "Csco to 10" could still happen after a little bounce? That the futures are up right now....just sucked (any limited) desire out of me playing any rally...after yesterday, there's no way they should be up..
