b.b: Non tech sectors are fairly elastic in as much they can operate on reduced shifts, shorter work weeks and forced lay offs.

This is a new experience for the Techs and their highly paid employees. Those laid off can all find work at reduced rates. There is still plenty of opportunity but at lower rates.

The spill over from the TECHs to non techs is centred in High Tech cities/ areas and not the entire Country. It mainly affects the luxury home industry and the Service sector catering to the well to do. The rest of the Country except for the Auto sector are nervous but still in good shape.
