As bad as it is for Cisco and other former fat pigs, sold off tech sectors are likely to have a modest rebound soon. If you bought these stocks at a much higher price and are hoping they will go back up significantly, it may be better to take your money off the table when this rebound occurs. it is probably too late to sell now, but then that may have been said when Cisco was 50% higher.
