If you discover something about PALM and are not an Insider, is buying it Insider Information? What about finding out major brokerage houses downgrading or sending out analyst opinions that they really know are misleading to just ripen the price cheaper to buy it in large blocks and broken 10,000 share blocks, to get almost a controlling interest just under the radar screen of the S.E.C.? Or can we just allow these prize companies to be bought up also, in the cruel world of capitalism, but only punish those people who appear to buy on inside information just because they work for a company, even if they just buy out of a general belief that what they are doing is working for a great company.
