Brinkers recommendation was that there was a potential for the NASDAQ to go by 20% or more. This was when the Q's were at 75. Brinker did not recommend buying Q's immediately. To quote "We recommend subscribers interested in taking advantage of this recommendation act immediately"
If Q's were at 90 when one was able to act, should he have with a potential gain of 0% to undefined? I don't think so. At that point the opportunity would be lost.

Brinker's error in the subscriber bulletin was in a making the closing statement, quoted above, that is misquoted, misused and misunderstood by people not capable of understanding the preceding 5 paragraphs of the bulletin. To make it simple he could have said "Buy Q's at 75 or lower then sell at 90 or higher"
