People have been averaging down on the stocks I mentioned (CSCO, DELL, INTC, SUNW ,ORCL) and by now they are totally drowned in red ink. The only powder they got left is from the cremation of their portfolios. My plan is the same as last month. Write at the money covered calls, one month out. Nothing fancy, just trying to give myself some protection on the downside I don't mind the limited upside, its the almost unlimited downside that's keeping folks out of the market. Regards,Jerome :)
