elmatador ---Thanks for the article . NT needs to still cut another 10,000 jobs if the revenue is truly down 25% ---mostly in the legacy business since it will not survive the future . They also need to increase R&D spending to be ahead of the competition in optics . They have the possibility to be actually stronger when we come out of this telecom spending freeze . Telecomunication is the future --I just hope I made the right bet on the right horse since I am down big time on this one

What about the legal costs associated with defending against the class action lawsuits? Nothing about those charges anywhere. Who is being held accountable for those costs? What is the impact on the bottom line?
