I've been lurking for quite a while now. In doing so I have to admit that Fred's position has been supported by the move in BRCM. Although you may not like the style the messenger uses, scam and fraud are not the the terms I would use to describe his position. Correct would be the only term that would seem to apply here thus far.

Before calling FredE all sorts of names you might gain by checking
his record over the years. Not only has he been consistently right on
BRCM, but if you go a few years back you will see he has great
insights on semi companies.
