Nobel prize winners?

How about the Nobel Prize endower...?
As for innovations, they probably compare reasonably with most other countries of nine million people. Major areas are specialist engineering - aero especially, mobile/telecommunications, and - yes - software. (BTW, Torvalds is Finnish, not Swedish - but the environment and respect for IT is similar).
Also notable for drama and films - Bergman being the classic exemplar. And modern design, furnitiure and architecture. And music production.

But I'm no expert. This is just common knowledge.

And much of what they export is advanced weaponry. Keeping the world safe for more socialism.
Well, weaponry is not a major proportion of exports. Unlike the country with ~50% of world arms exports, the USA. (or, sadly, the #2... the UK).
I guess they make up for it by contributing so many troops to the UN, for genuine peacekeeping activities.

[Jeez. And I'm not even a particular fan of Sweden.]
Just read a modern encyclopaedia, will you, instead of spouting blinkered and untrue dogma? Encarta has some reasonable info, and useful links.
