Just because you can get there
in a round-about way,
doesn't mean it is "active."

Why not trying posting a message?

John, it appears that the threads and db indices are a bit corrupted, the Antony@Pacific thread shows 0 (zero) messages...and you can not navigate there.

Also posting a new msg leads to "error writing to database...."

hey john.
i'm kind of visually space-ially oriented.
Why put the reuters "news" at the top of the home page. (whose idea was that)
After all.
I thought it was members who made the news or spun the news around here.
You guys got your head in the wrong place.
sometimes.

And while i'm on the subject,,,i don't know why i have
to look at the home page at all.
SI used to allow bypassing any login or home page and go directly to threads.
I can understand if it's a security issue.
but it doesn't do anything for me.
My agenda is not your agenda....

You have zero creditability with the SI community. Can you blame us?
