This might be a stupid question, but at what point you guys think Nokia might try to merge with QCOM? It seems to me that they have now way out. I mean, what alternatives do they have at this point. Certainly they can not survive on plastics and if they loose their IPR business then they basically have nothing left. For the life of me I can not understand why they did not buy QCOM couple of years ago when QCOM was a $5B company and worked on W-CDMA to get around this little Toll Gate in San Diego.

Can it happen? NOK+QCOM? What are the chances?
