I am declaring the bottom yesterday. Brave that I am. We will go upward from here based on anticipation of Fed lower rates coming out March 20th and thereafter. Bad earnings will be replaced by higher visability for subsequent quarters GUIDANCE UP GOING FORWARD. The Markets see the light at the end of the tunnel BEFORE the economy does.
