Never attribute to malice what can be explained by incompetence. :)

Gottfried, that's one of my favorite military axioms. It reduces anxiety during times of scarce information. Some others:

- If your plan is working well, you're about to be ambushed.
- Once is Happenstance. Twice is Coincidence. Three times is Hostile Action.
- Anything you do can get you killed - especially nothing.
- Never take counsel of your fears. (Gen. George S. Patton)

I set up an order last night for a dozen ANQOW's (Mar 01 puts @ 47.5) at $1.50; looks like it triggered this morning.

MaxPain is nearly equally distributed between 45 and 47.5 for Friday - implying a close between the two. I figure volatility will hand me at least a 50% profit before then.

I'm now:
LT Long on a substantial "cold, dead fingers" core holding;
VST (Mar 01) Short ANQ OJ's;
VST (Mar 01) Short ANQ OW's.
