It's almost certain that there will be a 0.50 rate cut on the 20th. What we really need to get the market moving is a good inflation report around the same time.

BTW, Mike Holland on CNBC this morning echoed what the WSJ suppossedly said about the fed creating record amounts of liquidity for the markets and his belief that this liquity will propel the markets higher. Isn't that inflationary though?
