Re: If he was a really good market timer, he should have rotated into non-tech instead of plunging back into tech all guns blazing. Excellent point. It seems like there aren't any advisors or mutual funds that are able to shift sectors and style. They stay in an area and if you're lucky they buy and sell at the right time. Seems like with money rotating from growth to value and the wide swings in valuation (over/under) that there has been great opportunity for stock pickers.
