from the President's Message:

"Due to retail and institutional interest in investing in Dimethaid's stock, a German brokerage firm registered as a market-maker for our stock. Trading commenced on January 11th, 2001 on the Berlin Stock Exchange. This gives European investors the option of investing in the company with the stock priced in Euros via this market."

I interprit this as meaning that the MM in Berlin sources shares as necessary from the TSE. In other words every DMX share sold by the MM in Berlin is purchased by that MM from the TSE, and conversely, every share purchased by the MM may find its way back to the TSE.

Can any market experts confirm if this logic is correct?

In any case, I like Rebecca's mention of "institutional interest."

From the new "Quick Facts for March 2001" section, on the Dimethaid website:

"Momentum is building as the Company brings on
board commercial partners in expectation of further
regulatory approvals of PENNSAID ® . The next steps
will be to secure additional distribution agreements
for other European markets and to obtain regulatory
approval in North America."

Is this another BIG Rebecca hint that the Johnson & Johnson deal is done?

Note the use of the plural form in the word "partners." Also note that securing a US partner is absent from the "next steps."

I'm inclined to say "thanks Rebecca!"
