GH, Two words: Van Guns Van Guns mount on the tubing below the packer. They explode like a shuttle launch. They are filled with bauxite which props open the holes that are created during perforating. Depending on the rock, you can creat holes out ot 7' with one blast. Through tubing perfs suck. Can't centralize the guns, they flop around, only shoot on one side and are dependent upon a magnet to hold them to the wall of the casing. I don't understand why they didn't use tubing guns. JM
