The LMT stock shelf registration expires May 19... freeedgar.com "The registration statement for the Lockheed Martin Common Stock must remain effective until May 19, 2001, subject to certain extensions." I don't know what could trigger "certain extensions." Of course, LMT also holds 150M$ of G* notes, and is G*'s landlord; it also has a rather new and nearly empty s/c integration facility less than half an hour from SS/L....hmmmmmmm.....
