Heaven help me as I actually listened to Cramer for the first time ever. Sold half of my remaining tech holdings, which are mostly strategic chip manufacturers.

Watching the markets close here...if we turn down in the next 30 minutes again it looks like another weak close, otherwise the Nasdaq might see some short covering and long buying into the close on a break of 1985. If we can't rally after yesterday's sharp losses then the longs have NO ammo left.

The Nasdaq interday has a series of higher lows and the Dow looks like an inverse H&S. Both could portend a strong close.

Any rebound that is led by short covering and day traders is unlikely to be sustainable though.
