nok can go back to making high-end rubber work boots. seriously, what do we care; it's nok's problem. i still expect nok to announce a chip deal. the general counsel said qcom could sign a deal with nok tomorrow if it dropped the royalty rate, but it's not in qcom's interest to do so.
