I'm afraid he wouldn't be able to get away with a one year absence. Sounds strange, and not right. Heck...Retirees had to fight Cal. in Fed court to stop them from taxing their retirements when they left Cal for good...they won. But Cal keeps trying to link anyone to Cal in any way they can. Two years after leaving there they are still sending me licence renewals for my truck with overdue fines included. And those idiots are sending them to my correct address out of state! I'm now living with no state income tax. I'm living on what I save on income tax now. And on any day I can go do the Prairie Dog Hop! or the Pheasant Drop! or the Fishie Flop! hehe After all these years of taking my BirdDog fishing. You should see the bewildered look on her face when seeing a fish. She still can't get over those strange, slimy, scaly, critters I haul in at the end of that line. BirdDog@loveithere
