Wolf, Just a little something further to my last post about the Quick Facts. There is no reference whatsoever to J&J, in the two pages of Quick Facts. I believe this is a first as far as the Quick Facts documents go. In other words, they used to talk about having a standstill agreement. IF J&J is done, they can no longer speak to this agreement, and at the same time they can not reveal that a deal is done until it is formally announced -- hence, no mention of J&J. I also noticed no mention of J&J in the President's message (I think most past PM's have referenced it). Man, I hope I'm right too! joe
