lynn...if you look at todays price action, dollars flowing into tech with value and growth....not trying to call a bottom, but i took positions in orcl@16, and sunw@18...they may go lower...but the risk at these levels on brand name large cap techs is minimal.....orcl is a better buy, then most of the third party b2b....as they have this capability integrated into their package, much like sap.....most large companies prefer integrated packages for daily b2b with vendors... remain cautious it's far from over, but value is beginning to present buying opportunities similar to a few years ago..... good luck, don't despair as the market continues its attempt to find a future.... ed a.
