Chr., tell me who the master is and I'll go ask. In the meantime I have my 2 cents. I think we're seeing the typical run into the Fed decision next Tuesday. Warning season is coming to an end (except for software companies which typically warn the first week after the quarter ends). Needless to say, you know as well as anyone about the risk of holding past FOMC. 50 bp is cast in stone and pretty much discounted, 75 bp is remote (less than 10% chance), 25 bp only if the Fed takes pleasure in wiping out peoples bank accounts and watching the economy going into a deep recession.
