Hello Eric - Don't think the information has been
published yet. Here is an excerpt from Form 425 just filed by Novell.

Certain of the officers, directors, and employees of Cambridge named above may become officers, directors, or employees of Novell following the merger. In addition, certain of the directors, officers, or employees may have employment or severance agreements that will be modified or affected as a result of the merger.

My guess is that it's going to be more of the same -- only worse. Just re-cycled management comprised of the good old boys. Novell stated in their last DEF-14A filing that the board was being reduced to eight members but now that may change with this merger.

I intend to exit this stock as soon as possible and never return again. Surely I'll will learn my lesson one day about becoming emotionally involved in a stock.

Regards,
Elmo
