Thanks for your response. Interesting that you said installed under both OS's. I have only installed it while the W2K was operating,So i am assuming that i only installed it on that OS. All files were moved to the respective places according to Omega's website. Will keep trying to work through this problem to find a "solution".

Wanting my paintbars back :-)
