Hi Bill - thx for the information. The QCOM case was between the company & its ex-employees, so was it a class action suit? But you are absolutely right, most cos don't like averse publicity, even if they have nothing to hide. To say the least, it is a distraction.

Personally, I ve gotten so many of those solicitations that I simply put them in a corner for a few yrs before tossing them out <g>
