I just heard from one of my customers @ a Honeywell mfg facility that they are laying off 1/2 the union labor and closing a facility... I'm not sure if this is public so I'm not mentioning where...

Patron: That note sounds like the stuff Hickey and I were churning out last fall. You know..... big inventories of unsold goods, semis stacked on the shelves (for the first time in a decade or so), crummy demand, too much production capacity, etc., etc. (g) Amazingly, a sizeable herd of sheep still exist out there that thinks tech should be bought.
