[[The set-up here is Windows 98, IE 5.5, Outlook Express, and she's using the system for both Internet connectivity and for the Dish TV network Raymond, I thought the same thing when I first got it, but since then I have made a few adjustments to my internet options settings. Go to the advance tab under the tools and in internet options. then go to advanced and check (use http 1.1 with proxie connections) and uncheck (use http 1.1). Also I customized my security settings with low security and enabling all the Java and downloads. Also right click the Starband Icon on the bottom right toolbar and go to the tuner settings and make sure your signal is at least 81% and the ratio to noise is over 6.0. Then main thing is to make sure all your settings are correct. I dont use the Dish option. Regarding The E-Mail, I had to open a seperate account with Outlook express and link it to my msn.com account. So the E-Mail is a little slow but at least I get it. I have been still pretty happy with my service however, after my 1 year membership is up, I am open to other plans if I dont go back to Starband. Good Luck
