Michel, careful there, LUMM does not even have a year of burn rate on hand..., IMHO, a very dangerous hype.

Hi michel - if memory serves, LIT [together with MIT?] has sued a bunch of the FO heavyweights on amplifier design [forgot the name, but it will soon be replaced] I think GLW settled with it. However, LIT FO is probably an incidental operation. With FO falling out of bed since the NT bombshell, the smaller outfits may have to circle the wagon for awhile. As Zeev and others point out, if their balance sheets are ok, if not pristine, they may come out victorious. If not, it is not such a good bet anymore. I don't know LUMM [Crossy probably knows more, since he has done a lot of drill deep research in this space b/c FO went supernova <VBG>]
